Well, i can easily fill a blog just with the causes of academic stress is a very complex subjet and needs serious atention. Because our students are going to be our profesionals in the future and they need to be healty; Is the key in the society progress.
Academic stress affect the academic performance, bad notes or fail test maybe is cause of excesive academc stress. Every student is diferent and feel diferent the stress.
Some times student are under stress all day long because their stress don´t stop when they are out of school the stress continue in home with parents or maybe the have to do more homework.
The life´s student is very stressfull and our society do not pay atention, is very dangerous for the health society progress.
Students do not need long studies or seriuos documents to understand what is happening with their heath they feel stress syptoms all day long, just ask to your son or daugther How do they feel today or if the have any academic problem..... You will surprise.
But now, i would like to talk about the academic stress solution, there are many solutions that students can take for release the stress(sleep, eat well,walk,be with friends or breath like this or like that,Do some yoga. flexions, etc) But How do they know what is good or bad, is difficult to know.
